We build the teams
that build the world

If you are tired of generic consulting firms and want to work on programs that matter — steel plants, power stations, SAP transformations that move economies — this is where you belong.

/ How we work

This is not a consulting firm.
It is a craft.

We are 40+ people who care deeply about program delivery. No pitch decks. No business development theater. Just the work, done right.

We say what we see

No sugarcoating. If a project is off track, we say it. If a client is making a mistake, we tell them. The people who thrive here are the ones who value honesty over politics.

We own the outcome

You are not a resource. You are responsible for the result. Every program director here is the single point of accountability for a multi-million dollar program. That is the job.

We work in teams, not hierarchies

A 25-year-old analyst can challenge a senior director if the data supports it. Rank does not matter. What matters is whether the argument is correct. We hire people who can handle that.

We go where the work is

Our teams work on-site. Vietnam for a steel plant. Nigeria for a power station. Mexico for an SAP rollout. Travel is not occasional — it is the job. We hire people who want to see the world, not just slides.

We learn from failure, not hide it

Every project has a post-mortem. We document what went wrong, share it across the firm, and build it into the methodology. If you have never made a serious mistake, you are not senior enough yet.

We do not do death marches

We work hard. We also protect the team. Programs that require 80-hour weeks are programs that were planned wrong. We do not celebrate burnout. We celebrate the plan that made it unnecessary.

Join the team

We do not hire for culture fit. We hire for competence and integrity. If you have both, you will fit. These are the roles we are actively recruiting for right now.

No generic applications

Tell us which role you are applying for and why you fit it. Include a one-page summary of the most complex program you have managed — the budget, the team size, the outcome, and what went wrong. We read every application. We reply to the ones that show real experience.

/ Why join

Not perks. Real reasons.

We do not offer free snacks or nap pods. We offer the chance to work on programs that matter, with people who care, and get paid fairly for it.

Real travel, not roadshows

You will work on-site in Vietnam, Nigeria, Mexico, and Poland. Not for a client meeting — for six months at a time. We cover all travel, accommodation, and a per-diem that makes extended stays comfortable.

Pay that reflects the work

We do not underpay and overwork. Compensation is benchmarked against industrial employers, not generic consulting firms. Senior program managers earn €120K–€160K. Directors earn more. Bonuses are tied to program outcomes, not sales targets.

Burnout is a planning failure

Programs that require 80-hour weeks are programs that were scoped wrong. We do not celebrate that. We fix the plan. Every team member gets a mandatory 2-week break between major programs.

You will learn faster here

In 2 years at this firm, you will have managed programs larger than most people handle in 10 years elsewhere. You will work with C-suite executives from day one. You will be held to a higher standard — and you will rise to it.

No internal politics

There is no partnership track. No internal competition for billable hours. The only metric that matters is whether your program delivered. That makes the culture unusually direct and unusually fair.

Health coverage that travels with you

Full international health insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage. We send people to remote sites. We make sure they are covered if something goes wrong.
